Service Cancellation and Refunds
One-Off Services and Projects
Cancellation Before Project Commencement
You may cancel your order for our custom digital product/system development services without any charges if the cancellation request is made before the project commencement. To cancel, please contact us via email at finance@spectrumv.io with your order details.
Cancellation After Project Commencement
If the project has already commenced, cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the project and the work already completed. Refunds will be processed as follows:
Initial Phase (Planning and Requirement Analysis)
If cancellation occurs during this phase, you will be eligible for a refund of 70% of the total project cost.
The remaining 30% covers the consultation and initial planning services rendered.
Design and Prototyping Phase
If cancellation occurs during this phase, you will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total project cost.
The remaining 50% covers the design and prototyping services rendered.
Development Phase
If cancellation occurs during the development phase, you will be eligible for a refund of 20% of the total project cost.
The remaining 80% covers the development work already carried out.
Testing and Deployment Phase
Cancellations during this phase are not eligible for a refund.
The project is considered substantially completed, and most of the services have been rendered.
Monthly Subscription Services
Cancellation
You can cancel your monthly subscription services at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To cancel, please contact us via email at finance@spectrumv.io.
Refunds
Refunds for monthly subscription services will not be provided for partial months or unused services.
Workshops and Appointments
1-Hour, 3-Hour, 5-Hour, and 9-Hour Workshops
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time: You may cancel or reschedule your workshop or appointment without any charges. Full refunds will be provided.
Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time: You may reschedule your appointment once without any charges, but cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the workshop cost.
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time: No refunds will be provided for cancellations, and rescheduling will incur a fee of 50% of the workshop cost.
Conditions for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The cancellation request must be made in writing via email to ay.analyse@gmail.com.
The request must include the reason for cancellation and any relevant documentation supporting your request.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the approval of your cancellation request. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
After the Testing and Deployment Phase is complete for one-off projects.
For services rendered that are explicitly stated as non-refundable in the project contract.
For any additional costs incurred for third-party services or integrations.
